Coles shoppers are going wild over $3.50 Ultra antibacterial multi

Another cheap cleaning tip has sent Coles supermarket shoppers into a frenzy.

A cleaning enthusiast posted on the Facebook group Mums Who Clean to share the secret to her sparkly surfaces everywhere, including the kitchen sink - $3.50 Ultra antibacterial multi-purpose wipes from Coles.

"I just want to share something," she wrote. "I’m pretty sure a lot of mums and dads already have these.

"My son bought these wipes for me. I absolutely love them.

"I don't use any other cleaning products since I have these. They are all I need to clean n shine."

The mum posted pictures of her Apple Scent wipes, as well as her shiny second-hand kitchen sink after using them.

Most people in the Facebook group shared their excitement over the wipes.

"They are the best!!! Cos they are kind of wet and soapy," said one member in the comments.

"Been using these for years. Try the pink packet, they smell nice too," one person wrote.

"Ahhh love these, I use the lemon ones," said another.

"Great for a quick toilet clean. Especially when expecting last minute guests," another commented.

But some people weren't so convinced, concerned about the environmental impact of the hack.

"I try to limit how often I use them because they’re so bad for the environment," someone wrote.

"I can't bring myself to use these as the only cleaning wipes in the house as it's terrible for the environment," said one.

"We should all be thinking of the environmental impact from wipes such as those," another said. "I understand that people think they are convenient but I wish people would consider alternatives."
